Kundalini Yoga Kriya for Oneness

1. Sit with a straight spine in Easy Pose. Interlace your hands together in your lap. Close the eyes and sing the affirmation, "God and me, me and God, are One." Start softly, and slowly begin chanting louder and louder. Continue for 3 minutes, then inhale deeply, exhale, and immediately begin the next exercise. “Visualize the oneness. Visualize, visualize. See the union happening.”

 

2. Still sitting in Easy Pose, bring your interlaced hands onto the navel center and begin a strong Breath of Fire. Move the diaphragm powerfully and press on the navel. Move so that your shoulders jump like you are dancing. Move fast and with great force. Continue for 2 minutes. “Burn out the fire inside with Breath of Fire. Fast, fast ... Use your diaphragm and your navel point. Become the strength of the day. If there’s a glow on your face and your personality is smiling, and you’re walking tall and you have all the strength, then people will love you. If you're a brick-face, and do not talk, and do not look and see into the eyes of somebody, what are you going to be, a dead rat? Come on! Breathe! Energize your being.”

3. Still sitting in Easy Pose, hands interlaced in the lap, make your mouth into a circle and begin breathing in and out through the mouth. Breathe quickly and powerfully for 1 minute. Then go immediately on to the next exercise.


4. lnhale deeply. Hold the breath and lock your hands, pressing them against the heart center. Then exhale. Breathe in again deeply and hold. Exhale. Now breathe in deep and hold. Turn lefttightly, and turn right tightly. Come to the center and hold yourself as tightly as you possibly can. Hold the breath as long as you possibly can. Then exhale, relaxing the posture.

Squeeze the body of all false vanity. Make this body like iron steel with all your energy, so all hidden anger may not wipe you out, but wipe out itself. Relax. Try to get angry now.
